About JASS

We've run the buildings.
Now we help you build yours.

JASS International brings together operators, healthcare founders and strategists who have opened, run and grown senior living and care communities in the United States, China and Europe, and who now advise on resort and residential projects worldwide.

What we believe

Four principles
behind every project.

01

Hospitality first, care always

Residents should feel like guests in a beautiful place, with clinical care there the moment they need it and invisible when they don't.

02

Local, never imported

A community in Lisbon, Sofia or Shanghai shouldn't be a copy of one in California. We adapt international standards to local culture, families and budgets.

03

Healthspan is the brief

The goal is more good years. That shapes everything, from floor plans and daylight to dining, movement and diagnostics.

04

Operators at heart

We have run the buildings we advise on. A plan only counts if a care team can deliver it on a Tuesday night in February.

Our people

Operators, founders
and gerontologists.
